There may be no better way to communicate the full truth of a story than through images. With the new DSLR cameras came opportunities to practice and explore the world of photojournalism. To support our stories, engage our readers, and provide supplemental context our photos, we have been practicing our photojournalistic capabilities more and more; it has been an exciting journey to be a part of. Though I am not an expert in photography, I have greatly enjoyed the moments behind the camera, from sports games to getting the opportunity to experience rehearsals of our school's major musical production to witnessing part of an Assistant Principal's day in the life.
