As Editor-in-Chief, I have noticed discrepancies in staff's understandings of the correct processes and protocols for writing and publishing stories to our website or in our print magazine. This year, with the support of my adviser, I reinforced a set and designated process for students to refer to and follow for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. I then created a Canva graphic which detailed the editing process and printed it out as a guide for all staff members.
